General debate during 3 Telephone-conferences on developing WP6 activities. PPs made suggestions including the budget issue. The homepage has been updated for this discussion. New common WP6 activities have been defined: Ecopower, The participating partners are analysing the possibility of utilizing the Eco Power Stock Exchange parallel to each other in their respective countries. They are analysing the form it should take, e.g. Vorarlberg will carry out a public event and analyse acceptance on a wide scale. PPs Vorarlberg, Bozen, Switzerland, Styria, Rhonealp will pariticpate. Evaluation of public buildings, concept has been developed. Draft has been started. Results are expected by the end of 2007. PPs Vorarlberg, Bozen, Rosenheim, Styria, CIPRA, Switzerland will participate. NENA Bregenz: NENA Exhibition, official inauguration of the NENA-Network (WP9) conferences on energy, innovation, timber construction prize, excursions. All PPs will participate except Lyon. Event Turin: company fair, details are being clarified. Piemonte, Tyrol and CIPRA will participate. Request for extension of WP6 in budget and time. Extension of WP6 in budget and time has been fixed by the LP Former invitations by the PPs have been closed. The common excursions (biomass, passive-house) have been accepted. Individual exchanges between the partners are continuing. Concept for NENA Bregenz has been fixed. The exhibition space has been rented. Concept for evaluation of public buildings has been fixed. Regional meetings in Vorarlberg on the WP6 activities have been held. Common training has been done on the Passive House conference at the lake of Constance. Together with the NENA partners, an application for a joint project in the framework of the EAA programme under the title of “Eco Power” was formulated in intensive meetings. |
