The head of the Passivhaus Institute in Darmstadt/D, Wolfgang Feist, and the director of CasaClima agency in Bolzano/I, Norbert Lantschner, talked to Stefan Arlanch from NENA about energy efficient building.
Wolfgang Feist speaks about the dissemination of Passivhaus standards, about obstacles in the implementation of the existing technical know-how, about sustainability and political measures to promote energy efficient building.
