13. Public relations work

(1) The project participants shall implement the communication and publicity measures in accordance with the project application and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1159/2000 of 30 May 2000 on information and publicity measures to be carried out by the Member States concerning assistance from the Structural Funds.

They shall play an active role in any actions organised to disseminate the results of the project.

(2) Any public relations measure shall be co-ordinated among the project participants. Each project partner shall point out in the framework of any public relations measures that the present project was implemented through financial assistance from funds of the Community Initiative Programme "Interreg III B Alpine Space".

(3) The project participants take note of the fact that the results of the project as well as any study or analysis produced in the course of the project will be made available to the public and they agree that the results of the project shall be available for all project participants.

The joint AlpineSpace/EU Logo

The use of the joint logo is an obligatory component of any project publication: not only is it a legal requirement, according to (EC) Regulation No 1159/2000, but it is also a seal of approval from the European Union. It is hereunder downloadable in three different versions: horizontal, specific and vertical. You may choose the one that suits best your publication according to the available space, in order to make the logo as much clear as possible.
