Preparation

send a note about the participation to the Lead Partner via e-mail

Procedure:

Guidelines

  1. The agenda of the meeting has been drafted in advance. Please keep it in front of you.
  2. Please avoid any background noise, turn the room speaker off
  3. Please don't use the loudspeaker
  4. To avoid confusion, please talk only when you are asked to
  5. Only the moderator is allowed to interrupt
  6. If you loose the connection please call again and come in again
  7. Please keep your web-browser ready to look at http://nena.telesis.at
  8. The moderator has a list of all the partners who should be participating in the
    telephone conference/meeting. The moderator will ask each project partner if he is present. When 2/3 of all Project Partners are present, the meeting can start.
  9. The telephone-conferences should be carried out in a very strict form so please make notes and talk only when the moderator asks you to.
  10. The usual time limit is two hours, after which there will be an automatic break. So if we need more than two hours we have to enter the meeting room again.
  11. The meeting room is free for “ONE” customers (Austrian telecom provider) all others will have to pay standard telecommunication fees. On a national level this means 20 cent/minute, or about € 12 an hour.

IMPORTANT: 

Please do not have any speakers turned on in the room.  This creates a noise and an echo for the other participants and it is hard for them to understand what is being said.
