The NENA network is born!
Checking the feasibility and setting the baseline for a network aimed at serving an innovative and sustainability-oriented entrepreneurship in the Alps was one ofthe major aims of the NENA Interreg IIIB project. This has been achieved.

Collaboration within networks is evolution’s secret to success and will also be the secret to success in science, economics, politics and all other social institutions!
Why wood? A DVD has the answer!

The Soča Valley Development Centre sees the NENA project as a means of increasing the use of renewable resources.

Large PV plants are drawing more and more attention
Most of the work has dealt with legal arrangements for investors who are installing large photovoltaic panels on buildings that do not belong to them.
The ITACA Protocol enriched by a domotics evaluation method
Regione Piemonte has improved the existing ITACA Protocol for assessing the environmental sustainability of buildings, by adding domotics (home automation) to its evaluation criteria.
Expert help for innovative companies
The Innovation Assistant program was launched in Tirol in 2005 by the Tiroler Zukunftsstiftung. The mission of the Innovation Assistants is to carry out an innovation project over a period of two years.
